Sergeant Adley V Benoit was born in 1924 in San Diego, Californa and served with the 448th Bomb Group as a right waist aerial gunner.

Adley died August 26, 1944, and is listed as KIA. He is buried at American War Cemetery Ardennes.

He was awarded the Air Medal wit Oak Leaf Cluster.
