Whereas W.D. Moore has been elected Treasurer of the Hebron Church Cemetery Company by the Board of said Cemetery Company.

Now, therefore, said W.D. Moore and Lucy A. Moore, his surety, hereby convene and again with said Board that he will faithfully discharge all the duties of Treasurer of said Company in the formality of six Hundred Dollars, that are required of the Treasurer under the Charter of said Company and the laws of the land.
