where we grew up, I was thirteen before I knew the warmth of central heating, tv, and the modern conveniences our friends were enjoying. It was bitter/sweet but we grew up appreciating what we did have and taking nothing for granite. Too bad I could not find pictures of the inside, this home was built in late 1800,s and the upstairs rooms were papered with pages from a sears catalog from that time period, I use to try to peel them off but to no avail. The closet under the stairs was hand hewn logs that had mud in the cracks. Wish it were still there I would love to go back in it and take pictures, was told it used to be a boarding house
