Private First Class Bernard Berman was born in 1919 in Kings County, New York and served with the 33rd Armored Regiment.

Bernard died August 31, 1944, and is listed as MIA. He is buried at American War Cemetery Ardennes.

He was awarded the Purple Hearts.
