Sergeant Cecil Barker was born in 1919 in Morgan County, Kentucky and served with the 331st Infantry Regiment.

Cecil died December 19, 1944, and is listed as MIA. He is buried at American War Cemetery Margraten.

He was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster.
