Private First Class Julian Quintana was born in 1921 in Costilla, Taos County, New Mexico and served with the 406th Infantry Regiment as a riflemen.

Julian died January 31, 1945, and is listed as KIA. He is buried at American War Cemetery Margraten.

He was awarded the Silver Star and Purple Heart.
