Daughter of Major Hugh Moss (died during the Revolutionary War) & Jane Ford.

Keturah Moss married twice:

1. Maj David Leitch

2. General James Taylor on 15 Nov 1795 at 'Tackahoe' (estate of her mother) about five miles from Lexington, Kentucky.

Keturah Moss & James Taylor had 11 children, four survived to adulthood.
