Technician fifth Class Mitchel Bulhack was born in 1917 in Queens County, New York and served with the 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment.

Mitchel died September 24, 1945, and is listed as MIA. He is buried at American War Cemetery Margraten.

He was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
