Barker

Sergeant Monzel Barker was born in 1920 in Barbour County, West Virginia and served with the 33rd Armored Regiment as a tank crewman.

Monzel died March 30, 1945, and is listed as KIA. He is buried at American War Cemetery Margraten.

He was awarded the Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster.
