Staff Sergeant Walter Bohaczyk was born in 1915 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and served with the 91st Bomber Group (Heavy) as a waist gunner.

Walter died April 17, 1943, and is listed as KIA. He is buried at American War Cemetery Ardennes.

He was awarded the Purple Heart.
