Vintage Designer Dress & Cape Pattern from the 1960's

I purchased this Vogue pattern in Dayton, Ohio, and fine aqua blue satin material to have made the short version of the dress, with a cape of the same color. The empire waist was sewn with good quality rhinestones. The cape was lined in cream color satin. The dress was made by a dressmaker in Georgetown, Kentucky, who did a great job.
